摘要
结合YOLO检测器和霍夫直线检测方法提出了指针式表盘测量方法。这种方法首先采用YOLO检测器在采集好的表盘数据集上进行训练,得到一个表盘检测器。而后在测试集中,用训练好的检测器检测出图片中的表盘目标,将表盘目标从图中截取出来,而后利用表盘中指针的长度不一且都为直线的特点,采用相关的图像预处理和霍夫直线检测方法,检测出直线所在的位置,再结合表盘的刻度信息,获得表盘的读数。在构建好的数据集中,这种方法明显优于直接采用目标检测的方法。
In this work,we propose a pointer dial measurement approach by combining the YOLO detector and the Hough line detection method.We first train a dial detector.Then,the trained detector is used to detect the dial objects in the image,and we cut out the dial objectsand leveragethe characteristics of the different lengths of the pointers in the dial to be straight,we then apply relevant image preprocessing method and the Hough line detection method to detect the position of the line.In our collected dataset,the proposed method is obviously better than the methods adopted from the object detection.
