摘要
PDCA循环是1种具有持续改进、反复优化、普遍适用特点的质量管理方法,对饲料企业提升产品质量、优化市场服务、改进供应链整体绩效具有重要意义。文章通过设计基于PDCA循环的饲料企业供应链流程,借助层次分析法对供应链绩效进行评价。结果显示,客户服务与综合可靠性是影响PDCA循环下饲料企业供应链绩效的主要因素,信息共享度与财务状况是次要因素。研究从智能化运作降低运营成本、强基建运作优化物流布局、双向运作助力供应一体化形成、延链条运作推动全产业链竞争力提升、VMI技术运作改进库存决策五方面,提出我国饲料企业供应链优化策略。
The PDCA cycle is a quality management method with continuous improvement,repeated optimization and universal application.It is of great significance for feed companies to improve product quality,optimize market services,and improve the overall performance of the supply chain.The article designed the feed enterprise supply-chain process based on PDCA cycle,and evaluated the supply-chain performance with the help of analytic hierarchy process.The results showed that customer service and comprehensive reliability were the main factors affecting the performance of feed companies’supply-chain under the PDCA cycle,and the degree of information sharing and financial status were secondary factors.The experiment proposed the optimization strategy of the supply chain of my country’s feed enterprises from intelligent operation to reduce operating costs,strong infrastructure operations to optimize logistics layout,two-way operation to facilitate the formation of supply integration,extended chain operations to promote the competitiveness of the entire industry chain,and VMI technology operations to improve inventory decision-making.
