摘要
国家医疗环境、医疗服务的不断完善,对护理人才的英语交际能力提出了更高的要求。文章从临床护理岗位对英语的需求出发,运用ESP(专门用途英语)理论分析构建护理英语教学的必要性,旨在培养“英语+护理”的复合型人才,以满足国内外护理人才的需求。
The continuous improvement of the national medical environment and medical services puts forward higher requirements for the English communication ability of nursing talents.Starting from the needs of clinical nursing posts for English,this paper analyzes the necessity of constructing nursing English teaching by using ESP(English for special purposes)theory,in order to cultivate compound talents of"English+nursing",so as to meet the needs of nursing talents at home and abroad.
