摘要
市域铁路主要承担中心城区与郊区之间的通勤客流出行需求,是都市圈范围内解决旅客出行的有效方式。文章从规划布局特征、技术标准、客流水平和投资运营等方面分析市域铁路发展现状,比较不同都市圈市域铁路规划布局特征,在此基础上提出市域铁路的规划布局要点,最后从空间认识、需求预测、多网融合、运输组织和政策研究等方面提出发展对策及建议,以期为市域铁路规划建设提供参考。
The urban railway is mainly responsible for the commuter passenger travel demand between the central urban area and the suburbs.It is an effective way to solve the passenger travel demand within the metropolitan area.Based on the current situation of urban railway development from the aspects of planning and layout characteristics,technical standards,passenger flow level and operation,this paper compares the planning and layout characteristics of urban railways in different metropolitan areas and puts forward the key points of urban railway planning and layout.In order to provide reference for urban railway planning and construction,this paper puts forward development countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of spatial understanding,demand prediction,integrated network of railways,operation management and policy research.
