海藻提取物对围产后期母牛和初生犊牛血液生化指标及抗氧化力的影响 被引量:5

Effects of seaweed extract on blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of late perinatal cows and newborn calves

摘要 旨在研究围产期饲粮添加海藻提取物对围产后期母牛和初生犊牛血液生化指标及抗氧化力的影响。将12头预产期、胎次和体质量接近、健康状况良好的围产期母牛(湘西黄牛×安格斯杂交牛)随机分为2组,每组6头,试验组饲粮中添加海藻提取物,每天添加量为50 g/头;对照组饲喂基础饲粮,不添加海藻提取物。试验记录母牛采食量和犊牛初生体质量,分别在母牛产后0,7,14 d,犊牛喂饮初乳前(0 h)和喂饮初乳后(24 h)采血进行指标测定。结果显示,母牛精补料、粗料平均日采食量和犊牛初生体质量试验组及对照组差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验组产后7 d母牛血液中葡萄糖含量和总抗氧力显著低于对照组(P<0.05),产后14 d试验组母牛血磷含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组初生犊牛喂饮初乳0 h血液中丙二醛含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,在饲粮中添加海藻提取物会影响围产后期母牛血液中葡萄糖、总抗氧化力和血磷含量及初生犊牛血液中丙二醛和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶含量,从而调节动物血糖、矿物质及抗氧化功能。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of seaweed extracts on blood biochemical indexes and antioxidant capacity of late perinatal cows and newborn calves.For this purpose,12 perinatal cows with similar body weight and expect date of confinement were randomly divided into two diet treatment groups,six cows in each group,the experimental group was fed with seaweed extract(50 g/cow)every day,while the control group was fed with basic diet.The result showed as follow:There was no significant difference in average daily feed intake of concentrate,average daily feed intake of roughage and birth weight of calves between experimental group and control group(P>0.05);On the 7 th d after delivery,the blood glucose content and total antioxidant capacity of the test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the blood phosphorus content of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 14 th d after delivery(P<0.05);The MDA content of newborn calves in the test group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 0 hafter colostrum feeding(P<0.05),while the concentration of GSH-Px in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).It is concluded that dietary addition of seaweed extract can affect the blood glucose,total antioxidant capacity and blood phosphorus content of cows in the late perinatal period,as well as malondialdehyde and glutathione peroxidase content in the blood of newborn calves,so as to regulate the functions of blood glucose,minerals and antioxidant of animals.
