一种超低温低聚多酚交联聚合物调剖剂的制作方法及评价

摘要 调剖、堵水针对在低温环境(60℃以下)酚醛树脂类成胶时间慢或者不能成胶,成胶后强度低;金属离子交联剂成胶速度快,胶体抗剪切性能差,对水质矿化度、pH值成胶条件要求苛刻。故研制了一种低聚多酚类调剖剂(不含高价金属离子),该交联剂能在低温30℃~60℃环境下成胶性能稳定。使用浓度聚合物HPAM(0.3%)、低聚多酚A交联剂(0.3%),低聚多酚B促胶剂(0.3%),其成胶后胶体强度能达到38000mPa·s~62000mPa·s以上(测量设备:旋转黏度计DNJ-9S)。解决了低温30℃~60℃环境下成胶时间快和胶体稳定性差等问题,能有效的封堵裂缝窜流孔道,满足调剖、堵水现场作业的工艺技术要求。 In view of the factors such as slow gelling time or inability to gel phenolic resins at low temperature(below 60℃),low strength after gelling,or fast gelling speed of metal ion crosslinking agent,poor shear resistance of colloid,and strict requirements on water salinity and pH value gelling conditions,so we develop an oligomeric polyphenol profile control agent(without high-priced metal ions),which can gel stably at low temperature of 30℃~60℃.The cross-linking agent uses polymer HPAM(0.3%),oligomeric polyphenol A cross-linking agent(0.3%)and oligomeric polyphenol B glue promoter(0.3%)as materials,and its gel strength can reach above 38,000 MPa·s~62,000 MPa·s after gel formation(measuring equipment:rotary viscometer DNJ-9S).This solves the problems of fast gelation time and poor colloid stability in the low temperature environment of 30℃~60℃,and can effectively block the cross-flow channels of cracks and meet the technical requirements of profile control and water shutoff field operations.
