半门式刮板取料机结构优化设计 被引量:1

Structural optimization design of semi-portal scraper reclaimer

摘要 针对目前半门式刮板取料机存在的结构设计不合理、材料利用率低等问题,利用ABAQUS软件建立了某半门式刮板取料机的有限元模型,进行典型工况下的有限元静力学分析,获得了整体结构应力及位移响应。基于应变电测技术,设计、开展了桁架式取料臂的动态应变电测试验,通过分析试验数据验证了结构的安全性及静力学分析的合理性。最终在满足性能要求的前提下,完成了对取料臂架、悬吊的结构优化,以及半门架主体结构的轻量化改造。结果表明,优化后的结构消除了取料臂应力集中的现象,并实现了悬吊机构最大应力减小62.5%,半门架减重41.6%。 Aiming at the problems of unreasonable structural design and low material utilization of the current semi-portal scraper reclaimer,finite element model of a reclaimer was built and the analysis under typical working conditions was conducted to obtain the overall structural stress and displacement response using ABAQUS.Meanwhile,the dynamic strain electrical measurment of the reclaiming arm was carried out based on the strain electrical measuring technology.The safety of the structure and the rationality of the statics analysis were verified by analyzing the test data.Finally,on the premise of satisfying the performance requirements,the structural optimization of the reclaiming arm and suspension was finished,and the lightweight transformation of the main structure of the semi-portal was completed.Results show that the stress concentration of the reclaiming arm is eliminated,the maximum stress of suspension mechanism is reduced by 62.5%,and that the weight of the semi-portal is reduced by 41.6%.
