摘要 开封体育中心体育场罩棚钢结构为大跨度、大悬挑、自平衡桁架体系。结合自平衡体系特点,考虑结构跨度大、支撑点少、高空安装危险性高等施工难点,采用地面散件整体组拼、跨外大型起重机一次吊装就位、分区卸载后整体合龙的施工工艺,保证罩棚钢结构安装精度。采用MIDAS Gen软件进行全过程施工模拟分析,结果表明罩棚钢结构安全储备较高,施工工艺合理。 The awning steel structure of Kaifeng Sports Center Stadium is a wide span, large cantilevered and self-balancing truss system. Combining the characteristics of the self-balancing system, considering the construction difficulties such as wide span, few supporting points, and high risk of high-altitude installation, the construction technology of the whole assembly of ground parts, the large crane across the outside in one hoisting in place, and the overall closing after unloading in partitions were adopted to ensure the installation accuracy of the awning steel structure. This paper uses MIDAS Gen software to carry out the whole process construction simulation analysis, the analysis results show that the awning steel structure has a high safety reserve and the construction technology is reasonable.
