摘要
目的:对比腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗结肠癌的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2019年2月~2020年2月在本院接受腹腔镜手术治疗的结肠癌患者44例(观察组)以及接受传统开腹手术治疗的结肠癌患者44例(对照组)的临床资料,对比分析两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果:通过统计学分析后发现,观察组患者不仅仅手术时间较短,同时其术中出血量较少,显著缩短了患者术后进食、下床活动、胃肠功能恢复、术后镇痛以及住院的时间,与对照组患者相比差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组患者相比观察组患者肠梗阻、吻合口瘘、切口感染、肺部感染以及尿路感染等并发症发生率相对较低,P<0.05。结论:腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术均为结肠癌患者的常用手术方式,其中腹腔镜手术治疗可以缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,促进了患者术后的更快恢复,避免患者出现各种并发症,改善了患者的治疗与预后效果。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery with traditional open surgery in the treatment of colon cancer patients.Methods:the clinical data of 44 patients with colon cancer who received laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020(observation group)and 44 patients with colon cancer who received traditional open surgery(control group)were analyzed retrospectively,and the surgical treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:Through statistical analysis,it was found that the patients in the observation group not only had a shorter operation time,but also had less intraoperative bleeding,which significantly shortened the postoperative eating,getting out of bed activities,gastrointestinal function recovery,postoperative analgesia and hospitalization time,which was statistically significant compared with the patients in the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications such as intestinal obstruction,anastomotic fistula,incision infection,lung infection and urinary tract infection in the observation group was relatively low(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery and traditional open surgery are common surgical methods for patients with colon cancer.Among them,laparoscopic surgery can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,promote faster postoperative recovery,avoid various complications,and improve the treatment and prognosis of patients.
