CBL+PBL+TBL联合教学法在基层医院临床实习中的应用 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨CBL、PBL和TBL相结合的教学方法,在基层医院呼吸内科本科生临床实习中的应用效果。方法以2020年2—7月期间,重庆医科大学2016级临床医学系本科生在重庆市第七人民医院呼吸内科参加临床实习的36名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,分别施以CBL、PBL与TBL相结合的教学方法(实验组)和传统教学方法(对照组)。最后,以教学完成后的理论知识、临床技能考核以及满意度调查问卷的方式,对两种教学方式的教学效果进行评价。采用两独立样本t检验和χ^(2)检验,对实验组和对照组的考核成绩和问卷结果进行统计学分析。结果实践证明,实验组在理论知识、临床技能考核上均优于对照组(P<0.05)。满意度调查显示,实验组在团队合作水平、自主学习能力、临床思维训练等方面的满意度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论CBL、PBL联合TBL的教学方法,有利于提高医学生在基层医院的临床实习效果,学生接受度和满意度均较高,值得借鉴。 Objective To study the combination of CBL,PBL and TBL teaching method in application of clinical practice at the department of respiratory disease of primary hospital.Methods From February to July 2020,36 students of grade 2016 in major of clinical medicine of Chongqing Medical University,who were in the clinical practice at the department of respiratory disease of the Seventh People's Hospital of Chongqing,were randomly divided into two groups,separately with CBL,PBL combined with TBL teaching methods(experimental group)and traditional teaching method(control group).Finally,after completion of the teaching of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills examination and satisfaction questionnaire,the teaching effect was evaluated between the two kinds of teaching methods.By using two independent sample t test and chi-square test,the examination results and the questionnaire results of the experimental group and control group were statistically analyzed.Results The practice proved that the experimental group on the theoretical knowledge,clinical skills examination were better than control group(P<0.05).About the satisfaction survey,the team cooperation,the ability of autonomic learning,clinical thinking training satisfaction in the experimental group were better than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion CBL, PBL combined with TBL teaching methods, can improve medical students in the clinical practice effect at primary hospital. Students' acceptance and satisfaction are high. It is worth promoting and using for reference.
