高温贮存SBS改性沥青对其混合料性能影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究SBS改性沥青在高温密闭容器储存和运输期间性能下降对沥青混合料性能的影响,首先根据未经高温储存的改性沥青混合料性能试验确定最佳SBS含量。SBS改性沥青分别在150℃和180℃的密闭金属容器储存14 d,通过马歇尔试验、车辙试验和疲劳试验评价了不同存储时间下的SBS改性沥青制备的混合料性能。结果表明,SBS改性沥青在150℃存储过程中性能保持稳定,制备的沥青混合料性能基本不变。相反,在180℃的储存过程中,当SBS含量为4.5%(最佳用量)时,SBS改性沥青混合料的性能明显下降。4.5%SBS改性沥青在180℃下储存7、14 d制备沥青混合料,其马歇尔稳定度分别降低了28.4%、34.6%,车辙深度分别增加了39.7%、48.2%,疲劳寿命最大分别降低了51.0%、62.6%。沥青混合料性能的降低会严重影响沥青路面的整体寿命和稳定性,本研究将为SBS改性沥青在运输、存储期间的温度控制提供参考,最大程度保证沥青混合料性能,尽可能减少沥青路面病害,延长沥青路面的使用寿命。 In order to study the effect of SBS asphalt performance degradation on the performance of asphalt mixture during storage and transportation in high temperature closed container,the optimal SBS content was determined based on the performance test of modified asphalt mixture without high temperature storage.SBS asphalt was stored in closed metal containers at 150℃and 180℃for 14 days,respectively.Marshall test,rut test and fatigue test were conducted to evaluate the performance of SBS asphalt mixtures prepared at different storage times.The results show that the performance of SBS modified asphalt remains stable when stored at 150℃,and the performance of prepared asphalt mixture is basically unchanged.On the contrary,at 180℃,when the content of SBS is 4.5%(optimal dosage),the performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture decreases significantly.When 4.5%SBS asphalt was stored at 180℃for 7 and 14 days to prepare asphalt mixture,the Marshall stability decreased by 28.4%and 34.6%,the rut depth increased by 39.7%and 48.2%,and the maximum fatigue life decreased by 51.0%and 62.6%,respectively.The decrease of the performance of 4asphalt mixture will seriously affect the overall life and stability of asphalt pavement.This study will provide reference for the temperature control of SBS modified asphalt during transportation and storage,so as to maximize the performance of asphalt mixture,reduce the damage of asphalt pavement as far as possible,and extend the service life of asphalt pavement.
