摘要
目的探讨采用鼻唇同期整形手术一期完成鼻整形和上唇缩短整形术的可行性及优势。方法自2019年6月至2020年6月,成都高新心悦容医疗美容门诊部美容外科对收治的21例要求行鼻整形及上唇缩短整形术的女性患者,采用Goodman切口+双侧上唇皮瓣联合切口行鼻整形及上唇缩短整形术,对术后并发症、鼻唇角改善情况、上唇缩短整形效果、切口瘢痕、整体满意度进行评价。结果21例患者获随访6~12个月,术后患者鼻唇部改善效果较好,满意度较高。人中长度术前为16.0~19.0 mm,术后为10.0~14.0 mm,两者比较,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2例患者上唇牵拉感较明显,3个月后自行恢复正常。无一例鼻小柱皮瓣坏死、感染、切口延迟愈合等并发症发生,无明显切口瘢痕形成及鼻唇部凹陷发生。其中非常满意18例,满意3例,满意率为100%。结论采用鼻唇同期整形手术可一期完成鼻整形及上唇缩短整形术,其效果较好,患者整体满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the feasibility and advantages of nasolabial combined technique in rhinoplasty and upper lip lifting.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,21 female patients underwent rhinoplasty and upper lip shortening plasty were collected.The Goodman incision and bilateral upper lip flap combined incision were conducted.The postoperative complications,improvement of nasolabial angle,lifting effect of upper lip,scar of incision and overall satisfaction rate were evaluated.Results Twenty-one patients were followed up for 6 to 12 months.The improvement of nose and lip after operation was good and the satisfaction was high.The preoperative length of philtrum was 16.0 to 19.0 mm and the postoperative length was 10.0 to 14.0 mm.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The upper lip traction was obvious in 2 patients and returned to normal after 3 months.No complications such as skin necrosis,infection or delayed wound healing,obvious scar and nasolabial depression occurred.Eighteen patients were very satisfied and 3 patients were satisfied with the efficacy.Conclusion Combined nasolabial technique can complete rhinoplasty and upper lip shortening plasty in one stage.The facial improvement efficacy is good and the overall satisfaction rate is high.It is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
