两种取卵穿刺架清洗法清洗效果

Effects of two cleaning methods on cleaning of egg retrieval puncture outfits

摘要 目的探讨不同清洗方法对取卵穿刺架的清洗效果,以提高取卵穿刺架清洗质量。方法抽取2019年1月1日-12月31日解放军总医院消毒供应中心清洗消毒和灭菌处理的取卵穿刺架共328件,采用对照研究,随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组为164件,研究组为164件,对照组采用常规清洗方法,研究组在常规清洗方法基础上增加多酶液浸泡再使用专用管腔清洗刷刷洗,采用目测法和磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光法对器械清洗效果和质量进行评价。结果目测法检测结果显示,对照组和研究组合格率分别为83.5%和94.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ATP生物荧光法检测结果显示,研究组在常规方法基础上增加酶泡和专用管腔清洗刷对取卵穿刺架的清洗合格率为89.6%,对照组常规清洗方法的合格率为64.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种监测方法显示,研究组采用增加多酶液浸泡再使用专用管腔清洗刷刷洗法清洗质量高于对照组常规清洗方法,提高清洗质量,有效降低反洗率。 OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of cleaning methods on cleaning of egg retrieval puncture outfits so as to enhance the cleaning quality of the egg retrieval puncture outfits.METHODS A total of 328pieces of egg retrieval puncture outfits that were disinfected and sterilized in CSSD of PLA General Hospital from Jan 1,2019to Dec 31,2019were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the control group with 164pieces and the study group with 164pieces by means of controlled study.The control group was treated with conventional cleaning method,while the study group was given additional multi-enzyme solution immersion and scrubbing with dedicated lumen cleaning brush on basis of the conventional cleaning method.The cleaning effect and quality of the instruments were evaluated by using visual observation method and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)bioluminescence assay.RESULTS The result of visual observation showed that the qualified rate of the control group was 83.5%,the study group 94.5%,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The result of ATP bioluminescence assay indicated that the qualified rate of the study group was 89.6%,the control group 64.6%,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONThe results of the two monitoring methods indicate that the cleaning quality of the conventional cleaning integrated with multi-enzyme solution immersion and scrubbing with dedicated lumen cleaning brush is higher than that of the conventional cleaning method,and it may boost the cleaning quality and effectively reduce the backwash rate.
