高效液相色谱法同时测定鱼腥草芩蓝合剂中7种成分 被引量:4

Simultaneous determination of 7 ingredients in Yuxingcao Qinlan Mixture by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 建立同时测定鱼腥草芩蓝合剂中绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷、槲皮苷、汉黄芩苷、槲皮素和汉黄芩素含量的高效液相色谱法。选择Symmetry Shield RP18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,进样体积为5μL。绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、黄芩苷、槲皮苷、汉黄芩苷、槲皮素和汉黄芩素在各自的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限为0.20~0.30μg/mL,定量限为0.60~1.00μg/mL。样品加标平均回收率为98.17%~101.48%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.23%~1.76%(n=6)。该方法可为鱼腥草芩蓝合剂的质量控制提供参考。 A method of the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,forsythin A,baicalin,quercitrin,wogonoside,quercetin and wogonin in Yuxingcao Qinlan Mixture by high performance liquid chromatography was established.Symmetry Shield RP18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)was used with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid as mobile phase in gradient elution mode.The detection wavelength was 210 nm,the column temperature was 30℃,and the injection volume was 5μL.The mass concentration of chlorogenic acid,forsythiolate A,baicalin,quercetin,hanbaicalin,quercetin and hanbaicalin had a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area in their respective range,the correlation coefficients were all more than 0.999,the detection limits were 0.20-0.30μg/mL,and the quantitative limits were 0.60-1.00μg/mL.The average recoveries were 98.17%-101.48%,and the relative standard deviations of determination results were 1.23%-1.76%(n=6).The method can provides a reference method for the quality control of Yuxingcao Qinlan Mixture.
