摘要
目的:探讨用球囊子宫支架填塞止血法治疗产后出血的效果。方法:选择近年来在高州市人民医院进行分娩并发生产后出血的60例产妇作为研究对象。随机将其分为观察组与对照组。采用传统的纱条宫腔填塞止血法对对照组产妇进行止血治疗,采用球囊子宫支架填塞止血法对观察组产妇进行止血治疗,然后比较两组产妇的各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,与对照组产妇相比,观察组产妇止血的有效率、血清促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)的水平、红细胞计数、血红蛋白的水平、血清CD3+T淋巴细胞的水平及CD4+T淋巴细胞/CD8+T淋巴细胞的比值均更高,其子宫的切除率、重症监护室(ICU)的转入率、并发症的发生率和血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的水平均更低,P<0.05。结论:与用传统的纱条宫腔填塞止血法治疗产后出血相比,用球囊子宫支架填塞止血法治疗此病的效果更好,能提高产妇止血的效果,降低其子宫的切除率、ICU的转入率和并发症的发生率,减轻其机体的炎症反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of stenting hemostasis with balloon uterine stent in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:60 cases of parturitions with postpartum hemorrhage in Gaozhou People’s Hospital in recent years were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The traditional gauze uterine packing hemostasis method was used for the control group of maternal hemostasis,and the balloon uterine stent packing hemostasis method was used for the observation group of maternal hemostasis,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups of maternal.Results:After treatment,compared with the control group in maternal,observation group maternal bleeding of efficient,serum luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E2)levels,red blood cell count,hemoglobin level and the level of the serum levels of CD3+T cells and CD4+/CD8+T lymphocytes were higher ratio of T lymphocytes,The uterine resection rate,ICU transfer rate,incidence of complications and serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)levels were all lower,P<0.05.Conclusion:Compared with traditional gauze uterine packing hemostasis for postpartum hemorrhage,balloon uterine stent packing hemostasis is more effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,which can improve the effect of hemostasis,reduce the rate of uterine resection,ICU transfer rate and the incidence of complications,and reduce th e body’s inflammatory response.
