摘要
目的探讨睡眠行为干预联合心理护理干预对老年失眠患者负性情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月我院收治的老年失眠患者110例,随机分为两组各55例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上行睡眠行为干预联合心理护理干预,比较两组干预前后的负性情绪及睡眠质量。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS评分均显著降低,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的PSQI各维度评分及总分均显著降低,且观察组的PSQI各维度评分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论睡眠行为干预联合心理护理干预可有效改善老年失眠患者的负性情绪,提高其睡眠质量。
Objective To explore the impact of sleep behavior intervention combined with psychological nursing intervention on negative emotions and sleep quality of elderly patients with insomnia.Methods 110 elderly patients with insomnia admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received sleep behavior intervention combined with psychological nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The negative emotions and sleep quality before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased significantly,and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of dimensions and total score of PSQI of the two groups decreased significantly,and the scores of dimensions and total score of PSQI of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sleep behavior intervention combined with psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the negative emotions of elderly patients with insomnia and improve their sleep quality.
