麦默通微创手术在治疗乳腺多发性良性肿物中的应用

摘要 目的探讨麦默通微创手术治疗乳腺多发性良性肿物的效果。方法64例乳腺多发性良性肿物患者随机分为两组各32例。对照组实施传统手术治疗,观察组实施麦默通微创手术治疗。比较两组的手术及恢复指标、治疗效果、并发症发生率及复发率。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后愈合时间及瘢痕长度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率及复发率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麦默通微创手术治疗乳腺多发性良性肿物具有创伤小、临床效果好、并发症少及复发率低的优势,利于患者预后。 Objective To explore the effect of Maimotong minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of multiple benign breast masses.Methods 64 cases of patients with multiple benign breast masses were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with Maimotong minimally invasive surgery.The surgical and recovery indicators,therapeutic effect,incidence of complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss amount,postoperative healing time and scar length in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and the recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions Maimotong minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of multiple benign breast masses has the advantages of small trauma,good clinical effect,few complications and low recurrence rate,which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
