摘要
为了定量优化研究矩形巷道顶板锚索的布置参数,在采用板岩层自然垮落平衡拱理论分析矩形巷道顶板锚索布置密度的基础上,建立顶板岩梁力学模型,通过理论分析与数值计算相结合的研究方法,验证矩形巷道顶板锚索最优布置参数的合理性。研究结果表明:使用普通圆柱形锁具时,锚索应垂直顶板安装;当巷道同一断面布置n根顶板锚索时,布置在巷道顶板有效跨度的n+1等分点位置最优;当顶板锚索的纵向排距与横向间距相等时,整个巷道顶板岩层面的受力最佳。矩形巷道同一断面按照三等分点位置布置2根、排距与间距相等、使用普通圆柱形锁具垂直顶板布置的锚索,受掘进及采动影响后,锚索平均受力为其破断载荷的79.1%,顶板下沉率仅为9.9%,支护效果达到了回采巷道对于围岩控制的要求。
In order to quantitatively optimize the layout parameters of the roof cable of the rectangular roadway,based on the platts pressure-free arch theory to analyze the density of anchor cables in the roof of a rectangular roadway,a mechanical model of the roof rock beam was established.By combining theoretical analysis and numerical calculation,the rationality of the theoretical research results was verified.The results show that when common cylindrical locks are used,the roof cable of roadway should be installed vertically.When n anchor cables are arranged in the same section of roadway roof,it is optimal to arrange them at n+1 equal points of effective span of roadway roof.When the longitudinal spacing of roof anchor cable is equal to the transverse spacing,the force on the roof rock of the whole roadway is balanced.In the same section of the rectangular roadway,two anchor cables are arranged at the third-grade dividing point,the longitudinal row spacing is equal to the spacing,and anchor cables arranged vertically on the roof,under the influence of excavation and mining,the average load of anchor cable is 79.1%of its breaking load,and the roof subsidence rate is only 9.9%.The support effect meets the requirement of surrounding rock control of mining roadway.
