摘要
以丙烯酸乙酯(EA)和N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)甲基丙烯酰胺(DPM)为原料,通过乳液聚合制备了共聚物P(EA-DPM),优化了其合成条件,并评价了其对油田聚合物驱采油污水(含聚污水)的气浮除油性能。最佳合成条件为:m(EA)∶m(DPM)=1∶1,总单体加入量(EA和DPM总量在反应体系中的质量分数)20%,乳化剂加入量(乳化剂在纯水中的质量浓度)1.5 g/L,引发剂加入量(引发剂占总单体的质量分数)0.1%,反应温度65℃,反应时间8 h。最佳气浮除油条件为:气浮温度50℃,P(EA-DPM)乳状液用量(P(EA-DPM)乳状液在污水中的质量浓度)75 mg/L,通气流量2.5 L/min。在此条件下气浮处理15 min后,含聚污水的除油率为94.72%,聚合物保留率为86%。
A copolymer P(EA-DPM)was synthesized by emulsion polymerization using ethyl acrylate(EA)and N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)methacrylamide(DPM)as raw materials.The synthesis conditions were optimized and its removal capability to oil from oily wastewater produced from polymer flooding(polymer-containing oily wastewater)by air flotation was evalutaed.The optimal conditions for P(EA-DPM)synthesis are as follows:m(EA)∶m(DPM)=1∶1,total monomer amount(mass fraction of EA and DPM in the reaction system)20%,emulsifier amount(mass concentration of emulsifier in pure water)1.5 g/L,initiator amount(mass fraction of initiator in total monomer)0.1%,reaction temperature 65℃and reaction time 8 h.The optimal conditions for air flotation and oil removal are as follows:flotation temperature 50℃,P(EA-DPM)emulsion amount(mass concentration of P(EA-DPM)emulsion in wastewater)75 mg/L and aeration flow 2.5 L/min.Under these conditions,the oil removal rate of the polymer-containing oily wastewater is 94.72%and the polymer retention rate is 86%after 15 min of air floatation.
