摘要
热解技术是目前含油污泥处理的先进方法之一,可大量回收含油污泥中的原油,生成的固体废弃物少且对环境污染低。本文对延长油田四种含油污泥样品组分和金属含量进行分析。并对含油污泥进行灼烧实验,结果表明:在100-450℃挥发量较大,450-550℃挥发量较小,550℃以上基本不变,650℃以后剩余残渣为红色沙土物质。最后对生成的液、气和固体进行了研究。
Pyrolysis technology is currently one of the advanced methods of oily sludge treatment,which can recover a large amount of crude oil in oily sludge, and generates less solid waste and low environmental pollution. This paper analyzes the composition and metal content of four oily sludge samples from Yanchang Oilfield. The burning experiment of oily sludge showed that the volatilization amount is greater at 100-450 ℃, less volatilized at 450-550 ℃, basically unchanged above 550 ℃, and the remaining residue after 650 ℃ is red sandy soil. Finally, the liquid, gas and solid produced are studied.
