摘要
目的:分析普拉克索加多巴丝肼片对帕金森病的治疗作用及患者运动功能水平的影响。方法:选取2019年1-12月本院收治的帕金森病患者共100例,随机分组,每组50例。对照组的患者给予多巴丝肼片治疗,观察组给予多巴丝肼片+普拉克索治疗。对比两组治疗前后日常活动评分、运动功能评分及精神行为和情绪评分、治疗总有效率、不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后的日常活动评分、运动功能评分及精神行为和情绪评分、治疗总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:多巴丝肼片加普拉克索对帕金森实施治疗可获得满意的效果,可有效改善患者的运动功能和活动能力,且未增加不良反应,安全性高。
Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of Pramipexole plus Dobarazide Tablets on Parkinson disease and the influence on motor function of patients.Method:A total of 100 patients with Parkinson disease in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dobarazide Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Dobarazide Tablets+Pramipexole.The daily activity score,motor function score,mental behavior and emotion score,total effective rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the scores of daily activity,motor function,mental behavior and emotion,and the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Dobarazide Tablets and Pramipexole are effective in the treatment of Parkinson disease,which can effectively improve the motor function and activity ability of patients without increasing adverse reactions,and has high safety.
