摘要
该文阐述了全国大学生化工实验大赛对化工类本科生人才培养的促进作用。通过比赛可以有效锻炼学生的实践能力、创新能力、团队协作能力,学生的实验安全意识也会增强。同时,大赛也促进了学校师资队伍建设,有助于教学内容更新、教学方法和手段多样化。
This paper expounds the promotion effect of national chemical experiment competition for college students on the cultivation of chemical talents.Through the competition,students'practical ability,innovation ability and teamwork ability can be effectively improved.Students'awareness of experimental safety can be enhanced.At the same time,the competition can promote the construction of the school's teaching staff.It is benefit to update the teaching content and the diversification of teaching methods and means.
