摘要
主要介绍最新INVISTA技术PTA装置乙酸回收系统,该系统通过反渗透膜法将水从乙酸和其他有机酸中分离出来。以水和甲醇为主的渗透产水被输送到污水处理系统,含有回收乙酸和其他有机物溶解在水中,再循环回到氧化装置。
This paper mainly introduces the latest INVISTA technology PTA unit acetic acid recovery system,which separates water from acetic acid and other organic acids by reverse osmosis membrane method.Permeated water mainly composed of water and methanol is transported to the sewage treatment system,containing recovered acetic acid and other organic matter,dissolved in water and recycled back to the oxidation unit.
