摘要
目的分析当归补血汤加味治疗外伤性骨折患者的效果。方法68例外伤性骨折患者,随机数字表法分为西医常规组与中药治疗组,每组34例。西医常规组的患者给予常规治疗,中药治疗组给予当归补血汤加味治疗。比较两组骨折愈合时间、疼痛缓解时间、治疗前后疼痛评分、总有效率、不良反应发生率。结果中药治疗组骨折愈合时间(3.21±1.01)个月、疼痛缓解时间(4.27±1.01)d,均短于西医常规组的(4.67±1.56)个月、(6.27±1.01)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均降低,且中药治疗组低于西医常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药治疗组总有效率为100.00%(34/34),高于西医常规组的76.47%(26/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药治疗组不良反应发生率为2.94%(1/34),低于西医常规组的17.65%(6/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归补血汤加味治疗用于外伤性骨折患者治疗中的临床效果确切,可有效缓解患者症状,并改善患者的疼痛,加速愈合,不良反应少,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of modified Danggui Buxue Decoction on patients with traumatic fracture.Methods A total of 68 patients with traumatic fracture were divided into conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine group according to random numerical table,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional western medicine group were treated with conventional treatment,and patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with modified Danggui Buxue Decoction.The fracture healing time,pain relief time,pain score before and after treatment,total effective rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time(3.21±1.01)months and pain relief time(4.27±1.01)d in the traditional Chinese medicine group were shorter than(4.67±1.56)months and(6.27±1.01)d in the conventional western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,pain scores decreased in both groups,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than the conventional western medicine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 100.00%(34/34),which was higher than 76.47%(26/34)of the conventional western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 2.94%(1/34),which was lower than 17.65%(6/34)in the conventional western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Buxue Decoction has definite clinical effect on patients with traumatic fracture,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients,improve the pain of patients,accelerate the healing,with less adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
