盾构下穿既有高速公路安全性评估及施工技术研究 被引量:9

Study on Safety Evaluation and Construction Technology of Shield Tunnel Passing Through the Existing Expressway

摘要 依托苏州轨道交通S1线区间工程,本文研究地铁盾构隧道下穿既有高速公路的施工关键技术和安全性评估。结果表明:盾构隧道推进引起的地面纵向沉降变化规律分为先行沉降、掌子面前的沉降与隆起、尾部沉降、尾部空隙沉降和长期延续沉降共五个阶段;理论计算得到单线和双线盾构隧道施工引起的地表最大值分别为3.62 mm和6.16 mm,影响范围分别为线路中心两侧40 m和100 m;盾构隧道施工对高速U槽段的影响在安全控制范围内;通过划分盾构隧道施工影响区,保持盾构开挖面的稳定和盾构密封以及控制二次注浆施工参数可对盾构下穿高速公路进行有效控制。 Relying on the section project of Suzhou Rail Transit Line S1,this paper studies the key construction technology and safety evaluation of subway shield tunnel passing through the existing expressway.The results show that the variation law of land longitudinal subsidence caused by shield tunnel propulsion can be divided into five stages:advance settlement,settlement and uplift in front of tunnel face,tail settlement,tail void settlement and long-term continuous subsidence;theoretical calculation shows that the maximum values of surface caused by single-line and double-line shield tunnel construction are 3.62 mm and 6.16 mm respectively,and the influence ranges are 40 m and 100 m on both sides of the center of the line,respectively.The influence of shield tunnel construction on high-speed U-slot section is within the range of safety control;by dividing the influence zone of shield tunnel construction,maintaining the stability of shield excavation surface and shield sealing,and controlling the construction parameters of secondary grouting,the shield tunneling through the highway can be effectively controlled.
