玻利维亚Chacarilla铜矿浮选试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Flotation of Chacarilla Copper Mine in Bolivia

摘要 玻利维亚Chacarilla铜矿含Cu 2.74%,为一典型的含泥量大的高品位复杂氧化铜矿,含铜矿物主要有赤铜矿、水铜矾,次为孔雀石、硅孔雀石、蓝辉铜矿等;脉石矿物主要为石英、长石、方解石、白云母等。为开发利用该矿石,对原矿进行了0.18mm分级预先抛废,在Cu损失率<10%的情况下,可预先抛除产率为47.03%的废石(-0.18mm粒级),使进入浮选作业的给矿Cu品位大幅提高至4.65%,可有效提高处理能力,明显改善浮选环境。浮选给矿(+0.18mm粒级)中,Cu氧化率高达83.18%,其中"不可浮"的结合铜占10.93%。针对矿样性质特点,进行了详细的浮选试验研究,结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,采用"分步优先易难分选"的工艺流程,最终获得了精矿Cu品位为25.76%、Cu回收率为89.36%的良好技术指标。 The Chacarilla copper deposit in Bolivia,containing 2.74%Cu,is a typical high grade and complex oxidized copper ore with a large amount of mud.The copper bearing minerals are mainly cuprite and chalcopyrite,followed by malachite,chrysocolla and digenite.The gangue minerals are mainly quartz,feldspar,calcite and muscovite.In order to develop and utilize the ore,the raw ore was classified by 0.18 mm size and discarded in advance.Under the condition of Cu loss rate less than 10%,the waste rock(-0.18 mm size)with a yield of 47.03%could be discarded in advance.The Cu grade of the feed entering the flotation operation was greatly increased to 4.65%,which could effectively improve the processing capacity and obviously improve the flotation environment.In the flotation feed(+0.18 mm size),the oxidation rate of Cu is as high as 83.18%,in which the non-floating bound copper accounts for 10.93%.According to the characteristics of the ore sample,a detailed flotation test was carried out.The results showed that under the optimal process conditions,agood technical index of concentrate with Cu grade of 25.76%and Cu recovery of 89.36%was obtained by using the process flow of easy and difficult separation step by step.
