星点设计-响应面法优化黄芩苷醇提工艺的研究 被引量:3

Optimization of Extraction Progress for Baicalin by Central Composite Design-Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以黄芩苷得率为指标,采用响应面法考察对黄芩苷得率影响较大的乙醇浓度、液料比和提取时间三个因素的最优区域,从而筛选出黄芩苷醇提工艺的最优条件。通过实验得到最佳醇提工艺为黄芩苷在液料比为10:1的77%的乙醇溶剂中加热回流2 h,提取2次,该条件下黄芩苷得率达12.55%。结果表明响应面法优化黄芩苷醇提工艺易行可控,能够得到较高含量的黄芩苷。 Taking the yield of baicalin as the index,response surface methodology was used to investigate the three factors which had great influence on the yield of baicalin:ethanol concentration,ratio of liquid to material and extraction time.The optimal conditions of ethanol extraction of baicalin were obtained.The results showed that the best ethanol extraction process was that baicalin was heated and refluxed for 2 h in 77%ethanol solvent with a ratio of liquid to material of 10:1,and the extraction was twice.Under this condition,the yield of baicalin was 12.55%.The results showed thatthe optimization of ethanol extraction process of baicalin by response surface methodology was easy and controllable,and higher content of baicalin could be obtained.
