摘要
微生物是衡量水质环境的重要指标之一。在水环境监测中,常以菌落总数、总大肠菌群、粪大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌等指标作为监测对象,来评估水环境的污染与卫生情况。对水环境中微生物的检测是为了获取微生物分布情况,从而更好地实施水环境质量控制。本文第一部分介绍了影响水质环境微生物监测质量的因素;第二部分探讨了水质环境监测中微生物检测量控制策略及实施,旨在为水质环境监测及微生物质量控制的实施提供一些参考。
Microorganism is one of the important indicators to measure water quality and environment.In the detection of water environment,the total number of colonies,total colifbnn,fecal coliform,heat-resistant coliform and escherichia coli are often used as the detection objects to evaluate the pollution and sanitation of water environment.The monitoring of microorganisms in the water environment is to obtain the distribution of microorganisms,so as to better implement the water environment quality control.The first part of this paper introduces the factors affecting the quality of environmental microbial detection of water quality;The second part discusses the quality control strategy and implementation of microbial detection in water quality environmental monitoring.The purpose is to provide some references for the implementation of water quality environmental monitoring and microbial quality control.
