在颅脑外伤实习生带教中采用PBL结合微信教学对教学质量的提升效果 被引量:3

The effect of using PBL combined with WeChat teaching in the teaching of craniocerebral trauma interns to improve teaching quality

摘要 目的分析颅脑外伤实习生带教中采用问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)结合微信教学对教学质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月本院神经外科实习生40名,均进行颅脑外伤带教,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组采取传统带教方法,观察组采用PBL结合微信带教,比较两组带教效果。结果观察组基础知识成绩、病例分析成绩、考核总分、寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床采用PBL结合微信教学法开展颅脑外伤实习生带教可有效提升教学效果和质量,并能增强实习生的批判思维及综合能力。 Objective To analyze the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with WeChat teaching on the teaching quality of brain in-jury interns.Methods 40 neurosurgery interns in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching method,and the observation group was given PBL combined with WeChat teaching.The teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of basic knowledge,case analysis,total score,truth seeking,open mind,analysis ability,systematization ability,self-confidence,thirst for knowledge and cognitive maturity in the ob-servation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with wechat teaching method can ef-fectively improve the teaching effect and quality,and enhance the critical thinking and comprehensive ability of interns.
