摘要
选取西安市2000年-2019年人均GDP和工业“三废”排放量作为经济发展指标和环境质量指标,在EKC符合度检验成立的基础上建立模型进行工业“三废”单个排放量与经济水平分析,并通过环境污染系数与人均GDP进行联合分析;由结果可知EKC单一因子分析表明西安市工业废水排放量和工业固废产生量均处于拐点右端,但工业废气排放量依然在拐点左端,联合分析表明人均GDP与环境污染系数总体呈“倒U型”关系;结论20年来,西安市经济与环境不断协调发展,逐步进入高质量发展的新阶段。
Using EKC to explore the relationship between economic development and environmental pollutionis of fundamental significance to high-quality development.Per capita GDP and industrial“three wastes”emissions of Xi'an from 2000 to 2019 was selected as economic development indicators and environmental quality indicators respectively.This study establishes amodel based on the establishment of the EKC conformity test,analyzed the individual emissions of the industrial“three wastes”and the economic level,and performing conjoint analysisof the environmental economic systemthrough the environmental pollution coefficient and per capita GDP.EKC analysis of individual factor have shown that both industrial wastewater discharge and industrial solid waste generation in Xi'an are at the right end of the inflection point,but industrial waste gas emissions are still at the left end of the inflection point.The joint analysis has shown that the per capita GDP and the environmental pollution coefficient are generally in an“inverted U-shaped”relationship.After nearly 20 years of practice,economy and environment of Xi'anhave continuously developed in a coordinated manner,and it gradually entered a new stage of high-quality development.
