摘要
矿山运输道路施工质量是制约露天矿山运输成本的关键因素。针对四川广元五栗子石灰岩矿道路扬尘大,道路维修施工难度大,矿车运输效率低和矿山运输成本高等问题,采用水稳层施工技术对运矿道路进行改造施工。结果表明:水稳层施工技术能大幅度提高运矿道路整体性能,减少道路扬尘,降低矿车维修率、柴油消耗及运矿道路维护成本,增加矿车驾驶舒适度,提升矿车运输效率,降低矿山运输成本,为企业带来显著的经济效益和安全环保效益。
The quality of road construction is the key factor that restricts the transport cost of open-pit mine.In view of the problems of large dust,difficult road maintenance,low efficiency of mine car transportation and high cost of mine transportation in Wulizi Limestone Mine of Guangyuan,Sichuan Province,this article adopts the construction technology of water stable layer to upgrade and transform the ore transport road.The results show that the construction technology of water stable layer can greatly improve the ore road overall performance,reduce the road dust,decrease the rate of car maintenance,diesel oil consumption and ore road maintenance costs,increase the car driving comfort,car transport efficiency,reduce transportation costs in mines,which bring significant economic benefits for the enterprise and safety environmental benefits.
