摘要
相较于前几年,我国现代化建设水平已经得到了一定程度的优化,各类新型设备和新兴技术不断被研发出来,这使得化工企业进入了新的发展时期。目前自控仪表是化工企业在生产中的常用设备,应用这一设备有利于提升化工企业的生产效率。然而,该设备在运行过程中容易受到各种因素的干扰。对此,化工企业需要加强自控仪表系统的防干扰能力。基于此,从分类和组成结构这两个方面对自控仪表系统进行了介绍,总结了自控仪表系统的常见干扰因素,紧接着提出了预防化工企业自控仪表干扰的策略,最后探究了自控仪表系统的维护措施。
Compared with previous years,the level of China's modernization construction has been optimized to a certain extent,and all kinds of new equipment and emerging technologies have been continuously developed,which makes chemical enterprises enter a new period of development.At present,automatic control instrument is the common equipment in the production of chemical enterprises.The application of this equipment is conducive to improving the production efficiency of chemical enterprises.However,the system of the equipment is easily disturbed by various factors during operation.Therefore,chemical enterprises need to strengthen the anti-interference ability of automatic control instrument system.Based on this,this paper first introduces the automatic control instrument system from the two aspects of classification and composition structure,then summarizes the common interference factors of the automatic control instrument system,and then puts forward the strategies to prevent the interference of the automatic control instrument in chemical enterprises,and finally explores the maintenance measures of the automatic control instrument system.
