摘要
目的探讨图文沟通护理措施对美克尔憩室手术治疗患儿的护理效果。方法选取2017年1月至2020年1月于本院行美克尔憩室切除术治疗的患儿88例作为研究对象,按照双色球随机分为两组,各44例。对照组给予围术期常规护理措施干预,研究组在对照组基础上行图文沟通护理干预,比较两组术后疼痛及哭闹情况,并统计患儿家属健康知识掌握程度。结果术后两组患儿疼痛程度均得到明显缓解,术后1、5、10 h,研究组FLACC评分显著低于对照组,每天哭闹次数及时间均显著低于对照组,且研究组患儿家属相关健康知识掌握程度(100.00%)显著高于对照组(88.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美克尔憩室切除术治疗患儿行图文沟通护理模式进行干预,可有效缓解患儿术后疼痛程度,改善患儿情绪状态,提高患儿依从性,利于预后康复。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of graphic and textual nursing measures on the treatment of children with Meckel’s diverticulum surgery.Methods 88 patients who underwent Meckel’s diverticulectomy in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the two-color ball,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was given intervention during routine perioperative nursing,the study group conducted nursing interventions with graphic and textual communication on the basis of the control group.The postoperative pain and crying between the two groups were compared,and the health knowledge of the children’s families was statistically analyzed.Results The pain levels of the two groups were significantly relieved after operation.The FLACC scores of the study group were significantly lower than the control group at 1 h,5 h,and 10 h after surgery.The number and time of crying were significantly lower than that of control group,In addition,the family members of the children in the study group mastered the relevant health knowledge(100.00%)was significantly better than the control group(88.64%),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention of Mekel’s diverticulectomy in the treatment of children with graphic communication care can effectively alleviate their postoperative pain,improve their emotional state,improve the compliance of children,conducive to prognosis and rehabilitation.
