摘要
涡虫是扁形动物门的代表动物,也是动物实验教学中必观察的动物之一。对涡虫活体、整体玻片标本的观察,有助于了解扁形动物两侧对称、三胚层、无体腔、焰细胞和神经系统等结构及涡虫适应自由生活的基本特征。通过查阅涡虫的相关文献资料,系统整理生活习性、采集、培养、观察方法及应激性等相关内容,旨在为扁形动物涡虫的教学提供参考。
As typical animal of phylum Platyhelminthes,Dugesia has been widely used in Zoological Experimental teaching.Through observing the living and whole slide specimens,students can understand the structures of Platyhelminthes,such as free-living,bilateral symmetry,three germ layers,acoelomata,flame cells and ladder-type nervous system.By consulting the relevant literature and data of Dugesia,the life habits,and the method of collection,cultivation observation,and stimulation were systematically sorted out and summarized.We hope the paper can provide reference for the further teaching of the flatworms.
