摘要
运用三阶段DEA-Malmquist模型对2014—2018年河南省17个地级市的旅游效率及Malmquist生产率指数进行测算与分解。研究结果表明:环境因素和随机噪声对河南省旅游效率及其动态变化产生显著影响;调整后河南省旅游技术效率总体处于较高水平,规模效率严重制约了旅游技术效率的提升;旅游技术效率地区分布不平衡现象更加明显且主要由规模效率地区差异拉大导致;旅游技术进步变化对TFP指数的影响程度最强。
The three stage DEA model-Malmquist model is used to calculate and decompose the tourism efficiency and Malmquist productivity index of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan province from 2014 to 2018.The results show that environmental factors and random noise have significant impact on tourism efficiency and its dynamic change in Henan province.After adjustment,the tourism technology efficiency in Henan province is at a high level,and the scale efficiency has seriously restricted the promotion of tourism technology efficiency;the regional distribution imbalance of tourism technology efficiency is more pronounced as the result of the widening of regional gap in scale efficiency;tourism technological change is the strongest influencing factor on the Malmquist productivity index.
