摘要
"阳病治阴,阴病治阳"是阴阳辨证纲领之一,病证虽有表里寒热虚实之别,但仍可从阴阳两端循其诊治规律。天时地利人和立足于中医整体观与阴阳取象比类。天时以时间立法,重在分析冬夏二季的疾病特点、证治规律,包含冬夏证治;地利以空间立则,整合人体部位信息及潜在联系,包括上下证治、左右证治、前后证治、内外证治;人和为医者个人学术特色,包括寒热互治、阴阳相引、外感辨邪、阴阳相求。从时间、空间、个人学术特色等视角解读"阳病治阴,阴病治阳",有助于指导临床证治。
"Treating yin for yang disease and treating yang for yin disease" is one of the guidelines of syndrome differentiation of yin-yang.Although the disease syndromes are different from cold, heat, deficiency and excess in the exterior and interior, they can still follow the law of diagnosis and treatment from both yin and yang.Favorable climatic, geographical and human conditions bases on the holism of Chinese medicine and the comparison of yin and yang.The legislation on time, favorable climatic is mainly to analyze the disease characteristics and syndrome treatment laws in winter and summer, including syndrome treatment in winter and summer.Favorable geographical is based on space, and it integrates human body part information and potential connections, including upper and lower syndrome treatment, left and right syndrome treatment, front and rear syndrome treatment, internal and external syndrome treatment.Favorable human conditions is the individual academic characteristic of doctors, including the mutual treatment of cold and heat, the introduction of yin and yang, the differentiation of external pathogens, and the pursuit of yin and yang.From the perspective of time, space and personal academic characteristics, the interpretation of "treating yin for yang disease and treating yang for yin disease" is helpful to guide clinical syndrome treatment.
