摘要
海洋管理部门全面、准确、及时掌握海域使用权属关系和其变动情况以及准确的海域使用现状信息,对调解海域权属纠纷、化解用海矛盾、高效利用海洋具有积极作用。为此,文章针对海域精准化基础数据调查过程中出现的问题,结合海域空间资源的调查经验,进行讨论和研究。
The marine management department has a comprehensive,accurate and timely grasp of the relationship of sea area use ownership and its changes,as well as accurate information on the current situation of sea area use,which plays a positive role in mediating sea area ownership disputes,resolving conflicts in the use of the sea and making efficient use of the sea.For this reason,aiming at the problems in the process of sea area precision basic data investigation,based on the experience in investigating into tidal flat resources,this paper carries on the discussion and research.
