摘要
目的观察中药沐足结合耳穴压豆对中风后心肾不交型失眠患者的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后心肾不交型失眠患者采用随机分组法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。治疗组以中药沐足结合耳穴压豆治疗;对照组以口服艾司唑仑片治疗。在治疗前后分别应用匹兹堡睡眠量表(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、中医症候学指标、睡眠效率值评定两组的睡眠质量。采用SPSS20.0统计软件进行处理,计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用卡方检验。结果两组治疗前后组内比较:PSQI、HAMA、HAMD、中医证候分析及睡眠效率值方面对比均具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组治疗后组间比较:治疗组均优于对照组,两组具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中药沐足结合耳穴压豆是治疗中风后心肾不交型失眠的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of foot bathing combined with ear point pressing bean on patients with insomnia of heart kidney disharmony after stroke.Methods 60 patients with insomnia of heart kidney disharmony after stroke were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with foot bathing with traditional Chinese medicine and pressing beans at ear points;The control group was treated with oral estazolam tablets.Before and after treatment,Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),TCM symptomatic indexes and sleep efficiency were used to evaluate the sleep quality of the two groups.Spss20.0 statistical software was used for processing,t-test was used for measurement data,and chi square test was used for counting data.Results There were significant differences in PSQI,HAMA,HAMD,TCM syndrome analysis and sleep efficiency between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between the treatment group and the control group after treatment:the treatment group was better than the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Foot bathing combined with auricular bean pressing is an effective method for the treatment of insomnia with heart kidney disharmony after stroke.
