摘要
黑色素痣是一种十分常见的皮肤黑色素细胞的良性增殖性病变。近年来,激光治疗黑色素痣的技术发展迅速,多种激光和激光组合用于黑色素痣的治疗,但是疗效不确切、容易复发、恶变的可能性以及激光治疗并发症仍是制约激光治疗黑色素痣的因素。了解黑色素痣的发生机制、病理学特点和激光治疗原理,哪些因素影响激光治疗黑色素痣的疗效,以及激光治疗黑色素痣的可能前景,文献综述这一方面的进展。
Melanocytic nevus is a very common benign proliferative lesion of skin melanocytes.In recent years,the technology of Laser treatment in Melanocytic nevus has been developed rapidly,many types of laser and laser combination therapy are used for the treatment of melanocytic nevus.But,the curative effect is not exact,easy to relapse,the possibility of malignant change and the complications of Laser treatment,it is still a factor restricting laser treatment of nevus melanin.Therefore,to understand the pathogenesis,pathological characteristics and principle of laser treatment of melanocytic nevi,which factor affect the efficacy of laser treatment of melanocytic nevi and the possible prospect of laser treatment of Melanocytic Nevi,this article will give an overview of this.
