摘要
基坑工程事故往往会给周边建筑安全造成不同程度的影响,而工程进度和社会影响决定了基坑事故对周边建筑安全性的影响必须尽快确定。论文以某深基坑工程为例,结合地质勘察资料,通过现场调查和检测,从垮塌后基坑稳定性、周边建筑地基基础和上部结构安全性等方面,分析了该深基坑工程局部垮塌对周边高层和多层建筑安全性的影响,并提出了相关处理建议,为基坑事故中周边建筑安全性问题的快速处理提供了参考依据。
Foundation pit accidents often affect the safety of surrounding buildings,and the project progress and social impact determine that the safety of surrounding buildings of the foundation pit must be determined as soon as possible.This paper combined with the geological exploration data and the field investigation and test of a actual project,the stability of a deep foundation pit after the local collapse is evaluated,and the safety of foundation and upper structure of surrounding buildings are analyzed;then,the safety of surrounding buildings affected by the local collapse of the foundation pit is determined,and the relevant treatment suggestions are provided,which provides a reference for the quick treatment of the safety problems of surrounding buildings in foundation pit accidents.
