摘要
目的:探讨精准脉冲光(DPL)联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月-2020年4月于笔者医院就诊的90例Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用甲硝唑凝胶外用治疗,观察组则采用DPL联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗,两组均于治疗6周后评价临床疗效。比较两组干预前后皮损症状积分、临床疗效、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)量表评分变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后组间比较,观察组红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹、脓疱、瘙痒症状积分及总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗总有效率(95.56%vs 77.78%)比较,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组DLQI评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05),组间比较观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组总不良反应发生率(13.33%vs 8.89%)比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:DPL联合甲硝唑凝胶治疗玫瑰痤疮疗效确切,有助于改善皮损症状,提高患者生活质量水平,且安全性较好。
Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of dye pulse light(DPL)combined with metronidazole gel on rosacea.Methods A total of 90 patients with type I and II rosacea who were treated in the hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole gel,while observation group was treated with DPL and metronidazole gel.The clinical curative effect of both groups was evaluated after 6 weeks of treatment.The scores of skin lesion symptoms,clinical curative effect,changes in scores of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and adverse reactions before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,scores of erythema,telangiectasia,papules,pustules and pruritus,and total score in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total response rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(95.56%vs 77.78%,P<0.05).After treatment,DLQI scores in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total incidence of adverse reactions(13.33%vs 8.89%,P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of DPL combined with metronidazole gel is significant on rosacea,which is beneficial to improve skin lesions symptoms and quality of life,with high safety.
