摘要
青少年体育冬夏令营是我国建设体育强国背景下实施青少年体育技能普及与提升工程的重要载体。以英美国家青少年体育冬夏令营持续性发展为切入点,从组织、策略和启示3方面研究发现:英美青少年体育冬夏令营在发展过程中形成了由立法引导与资金支持的管理型组织、规划建议与标准制定的枢纽型组织,以及政策执行与活动开展的基层性组织共治、共建的组织体系;并通过遵循历史性、多样性、跨域性的活动策划,强调志愿性、专业性的师资建设,注重科学化、体系化、包容性的课程设置构建起科学的治理平台。从组织体系、内容元素和运行机制3个方面提出具有借鉴意义的经验启示,以促进我国青少年体育冬夏令营可持续发展。
The Youth Sports Winter and Summer Camp is an important carrier in China for im‐plementing the popularization and upgrading youth sports skills in the background of building a leading sports country.In light of the sustainable development of Youth Sports Winter and Sum‐mer Camp in countries such as UK and USA,it is found from perspectives of organization,strat‐egy and enlightenment that during the development of the British and American Youth Sports Winter and Summer Camp,a management-oriented organization supported by legislation,a hub type organization for planning suggestions and standards,and a grass-roots organization for co governance and construction of policy implementation and activities are formed.The study builds up a scientific governance platform focusing on scientific,systematic and inclusive cur‐riculum by following the historical,diverse,cross-domain activity planning,and emphasizing volunteering and professional teacher construction.To promote the sustainable development of China’s Youth Sports Winter and Summer Camp,the empirical enlightenment with reference significance is provided from the perspectives of the organizational system,the content ele‐ments and operational mechanism.
