基于数据挖掘的生物特征传感器多模块校准系统设计

摘要 针对生物特征传感器应用前期实验性较高、整体传感过程繁琐且变量较多、导致校准结果不精准的问题,提出了基于数据挖掘的生物特征传感器多模块校准系统。根据系统硬件结构优化自动化校准模块,通过RS485总线控制多路切换电路,降低电源共模干扰。应用数据挖掘算法,根据生物特征传感器数据属性,确定样本分类所需期望信息集合,由此计算加权平均,获取信息增益,完成待校生物传感器多模块校准系统的设计。由实验结果可知,该系统校准结果与实际统计结果一致,具有良好的校准效果。 In order to solve the problem of high experimental performance,cumbersome sensing process and many variables,which lead to inaccurate calibration results,a multi module calibration system for biometric sensors based on data mining is proposed.According to the hardware structure of the system,the automatic calibration module is optimized,and the multi⁃channel switching circuit is controlled by RS485 bus to reduce the common mode interference of power supply.According to the data attributes of the biosensor,the expected information set for sample classification is determined by using the data mining algorithm,and the weighted average is calculated to obtain the information gain.The multi module calibration system of the biosensor to be calibrated is designed.The experimental results show that the calibration results of the system are consistent with the actual statistical results and have good calibration effect.
