摘要
从ECC优异的力学性质出发,综述了国内外学者对ECC动态性能以及动态本构关系方面的研究进展,总结分析大量学者的试验结果得出温度、应变率、纤维类型以及纤维与基体之间的界面黏结力是影响ECC动态力学表现的主要因素,并从微观的角度分析了ECC各个组分与应变率的依赖性,为ECC动态本构关系的研究提供了依据。当前关于ECC动态本构模型的研究多是以现有混凝土动态本构关系为参考,通过试验数据拟合得到的经验型公式,其中改进ZWT模型和修正HJC本构模型被学者们普遍接受。以ECC实际特性为指标,评述了两种模型的优缺点,并提出现有模型最优适用范围,为有关学者研究ECC动态力学特性以及为ECC在更广阔的领域推广应用提供参考。
Based on the excellent mechanical properties of ECC,the research progress of scholars in China and abroad on the dynamic performance and dynamic constitutive relationship of ECC was reviewed.Through summarizing and analyzing the test results of a large number of scholars,it was concluded that temperature,strain rate,fiber type and interfacial adhesion between fiber and matrix are the main factors affecting the dynamic mechanical performance of ECC.The dependence of each component of ECC on strain rate was analyzed from a micro perspective,which could provide a basis for the study of the dynamic constitutive relationship of ECC.At present,the research on the dynamic constitutive model of ECC is mostly based on the existing dynamic constitutive relationship of concrete,and the empirical formula obtained by fitting the experimental data.Among them,the improved ZWT model and the modified HJC constitutive model are generally accepted by scholars.In this paper,the actual characteristics of ECC were used as an indicator to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two models,and the optimal application scope of the existing model was proposed,which could provide reference for the relevant scholars to study the dynamic mechanical properties of ECC and the popularization and application of ECC in a broader field.
