摘要
旋覆代赭汤源于《伤寒论》,由旋覆花、人参、生姜、代赭石、甘草(炙)、半夏(洗)、大枣(擘)7味药组成,是东汉末年著名医学家张仲景治疗胃气脾虚、痰浊内阻及心下痞硬、噫气不除的经典名方,其降逆化痰、益气和胃效果显著。国家中医药管理局2018年将该方收录于《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》中。本文通过查阅文献,从用法用量、工艺研究、化学成分、药理作用、临床应用5个方面对旋覆代赭汤的现代研究状况进行综合性论述,以期为促进经典名方的研究发展和保证临床使用安全有效提供依据。
Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction was contained in Shanghan Lun.It was composed of seven medicinal materials:Inula japonica,Panax,Ginge,red ochre,Glycyrrhizea Radix et Rhizoma(processed with honey),pinellia tuber and Fructus Jujubae.It was a classic prescription for the treatment of Weiqipixu,Tanzhuoneizu,Xinxiapiying and Yiqibuchu by Zhang Zhongjing,who was a famous physician in the end of Eastern Han dynasty.It also had Jiangnihuatan and Yiqihewei effect.It has been included in Gudaijingdianmingfangmulu(The First Batch)issued by National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2018.This paper systematically reviewed the relevant research progress of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction,including usage and dosage,processing techniques,chemical composition,pharmacological activity and clinical application in database,in order to provide a basis for promoting the research and development of classic prescriptions and ensuring safe and effect in clinical use.
