摘要
目的:探究活血生肌汤辅助治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法:研究对象为笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年12月收治的73例糖尿病足患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(37例)和观察组(36例)。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用活血生肌汤辅助治疗。比较两组创面愈合情况、踝肱指数及主观指标(糖尿病足感觉性神经病变和间歇性跛行)。结果:治疗后,观察组溃疡面积减少程度大于对照组,毛细血管数量增加程度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组踝肱指数升高程度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组糖尿病足感觉性神经病变和间歇性跛行评分降低程度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:活血生肌汤辅助治疗糖尿病足,可促进患者创面愈合,提高踝肱指数,并显著减轻患者感觉性神经病变和间歇性跛行症状,预后良好,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of Huoxue Shengji Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of diabetic foot.Method:The study subjects were 73 patients with diabetic foot admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019.They were divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(36 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Shengji Decoction on the basis of the control group.Wound healing,ankle-brachial index and subjective indicators(diabetic foot sensory neuropathy and intermittent claudication)were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the area of ulcer in the observation group decreased more than that of the control group,and the number of capillaries increased more than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ankle-brachial index of the observation group increased more than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the reduction degree of diabetic foot sensory neuropathy and intermittent claudication scores in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of diabetic foot,Huoxue Shengji Decoction can promote the patients’wound healing,improve the ankle-brachial index,and significantly reduce the patients’symptoms of sensory neuropathy and intermittent claudication.It has a good prognosis and is worthy of clinical promotion.
