镜像神经元理论在脑梗死患者上肢关节运动康复治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨镜像神经元理论在脑梗死患者上肢关节运动康复治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取笔者所在医院2019年1月-2020年12月收治的132例脑梗死患者,将其随机分为两组,每组66例。对照组采用上肢关节运动康复治疗,研究组在上肢关节运动康复治疗中应用镜像神经元理论。比较两组上肢关节活动度变化情况、肢体活动功能评分、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组上肢腕关节背伸、肘关节伸展、肩关节前屈活动度均大于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后上肢腕关节背伸、肘关节伸展、肩关节前屈活动度均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组STEF评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗后STEF评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14、21、30 d,两组生活质量评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组治疗14、21、30 d时生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将镜像神经元理论应用在脑梗死患者上肢关节运动康复治疗中具有良好的应用效果,患者上肢关节活动度有明显增大,生活质量逐渐提高,上肢运动功能获得较大改善,值得临床推广。 Objective:To explore the application value of mirror neuron theory in the motor rehabilitation of upper limb joint in patients with cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 132 patients with cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,and randomly divided into two groups with 66 patients in each group.The control group was treated with upper limb joint motor rehabilitation,and the study group was treated with mirror neuron theory in upper limb joint motor rehabilitation.The changes of upper limb joint range of motion,limb movement function score and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the range of motion of upper limb wrist joint dorsoextension,elbow joint extension and shoulder joint flexion in both groups was greater than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the range of motion of upper limb wrist joint dorsoextension,elbow joint extension and shoulder joint flexion in the study group after treatment were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,STEF score and Fugl-Meyer score in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and STEF score and Fugl-Meyer score in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 14,21 and 30 d of treatment,the quality of life score of both groups was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group at 14,21 and 30 d of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of mirror neuron theory in the motor rehabilitation of upper limb joint in patients with cerebral infarction has a good application effect.The range of motion of upper limb joint is significantly increased,the quality of life is gradually improved,and the motor function of upper limb is greatly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
