基于“手段—目的链”理论的科技报告用户需求驱动因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Driving Factors of User’s Demand of the Scientific and Technological Report Based on the Theory of“Means-End Chain”

摘要 [目的/意义]在开放共享大环境下,科技报告资源的开发利用尚处于初步阶段,这与科技报告用户需求挖掘不充分密切相关。多面向、细节化的科技报告用户需求驱动因素研究,既能拓展科技报告服务深化的理论研究视角,又对推进科技报告服务供需平衡的实践探索,具有重要意义。[方法/过程]文章基于“手段—目的链”理论,采用攀梯访谈法,构建科技报告用户需求分析框架,基于用户需求关键要素识别,对其需求背后的驱动因素进行探索。[结果/结论]研究发现,科技报告用户需求特征细化,其较多地受到机会性价值、功能性价值、社会性价值及尝新性价值的影响。其中,机会性价值驱动相对来说占比最大;社会性价值与尝新性价值驱动具有一定的依附关系,且其关注度高于功能性价值。研究揭示,深层次激发科技报告用户需求,需引入精准推送、丰富宣传推广、贯彻激励机制与模式等。 [Purpose/significance]In the sharing environment,the development and utilization of the scientific and technological report resources is still in the initial stage,which is closely related to the insufficient mining of user’s demand for scientific and technological report.Multi-faceted and detailed research on user’s demand-driven factors of scientific and technological report can not only expand the theoretical research perspective of deepening science and technology reporting services,but also promote the practical exploration of the supply and demand balance of scientific and technological report services.[Method/process]Based on the theory of“means-end chain”,this paper adopts the method of laddering interview to construct the analysis framework of user’s demand of science and technology report services,based on the identification of key elements of user’s demand,explores the driving factors behind user’s demand.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the user’s demand characteristics of science and technology report are refined,which are more affected by opportunity value,functional value,social value and novelty value.Among them,opportunistic value accounts for the largest proportion relatively;there is a certain dependence between social value and novelty value,and its attention is higher than that of functional value.The research reveals that in order to deeply stimulate the user’s demand of science and technology report,it is necessary to introduce precise push,enrich publicity and promotion,and implement incentive mechanisms and models.
