摘要
针对电子所微带天线在装配过程中出现的射频同轴电连接器修锉问题进行研究,通过设计出一种通用化的装置,来减少在修锉中由于使用方法不当而导致电连接器内芯和其绝缘介质松脱,避免造成电连接器出现潜在的质量隐患或直接导致电连接器报废。所研究的通用化修锉技术,既可避免修锉中产生的应力对电连接器内部造成破坏,又满足多种尺寸规格电连接器内芯修锉需求,且通过实际应用验证了其使用性,进而提高了微带天线的装配可靠性。
In this paper,the problem of repairing files of RF coaxial electrical connectors in the assembly process of microstrip antennas of electronic institute is studied,and a universal device is designed to reduce the loosening of the inner core and insulation medium of electrical connectors due to improper use,so as to avoid potential quality risks of electrical connectors or directly lead to scrap of electrical connectors.The universal file repair technology studied in this paper can not only avoid the damage caused by the stress in the file repair to the interior of the electrical connector,but also meet the needs of the inner core of the electrical connector of various sizes,and its usefulness is verified by practical application.furthermore,so the assembly reliability of microstrip antenna is improved.
