摘要
肾脏是外源化学物暴露的主要靶器官之一.肾脏中固有细胞和免疫细胞构成复杂的免疫微环境,其中辅助性T细胞可通过调控先天免疫细胞清除病原体和抗原呈递作用参与宿主防御,还可通过释放炎症因子或趋化因子募集中性粒细胞间接参与外源化学物诱导的肾脏免疫损伤.本文探讨不同类型的辅助性T细胞在参与肾脏免疫毒性损伤中发挥的作用,阐释外源化学物诱导肾脏免疫损伤的免疫毒性机制,为筛查肾脏免疫损伤生物标志物和靶向干预提供依据.
The kidney is one of the main target organs of xenobiotic exposures.The complex immune microenvironment of the kidney includes kidney cells and immune cells.Among them,helper T cells can participate in the host defense by regulating innate immune cells in clearing pathogens and antigen presentations,and can also indirectly regulate kidney immunologic damages induced by xenobiotics through releasing inflammatory factors or chemokines.This review mainly discusses the roles of different helper T cells in participating kidney immunologic damages,and elaborates the cellular immune toxicity mechanism of kidney immunologic damages induced by xenobiotics,which provides guidance for screening the biomarkers of kidney immunologic damages and for target intervention strategies.
